"One of my favorite transactions as an agent occured with Bill. I had a new construction lisiting that he viewed with his client. Bill and I worked together to ensure that his clients needs were met. His knowledge, throughness, and great communication made the process seamless. Bill and I built a friendship and I look forward to future work together! - Joeseph C"

"Bill worked with us 25 years ago to buy our first home in Howell. When the time was right to downsize he helped us with the sale of the same home. How can one complain when his expert advice lead us to selling to the first viewers, in the first seven hours it was listed! He helped us with fabulous contacts with contractors for the old home and new home repairs or renovations. Wish he had been available to help with the purchase of our cottage in NY! Thanks Bill"

"Bill and his team did an amazing job with the sales of our property. "

"We have used Bill Park to sell and buy 3 homes. He is fantastic at his job. We had issues come up with everyone of them. None of it being his fault but he always has gone above and beyond to get things taken care of and with no complaints. The house we just bought we saw online because we unexpectedly sold our home in South Carolina before it even got listed. Bill came out and checked out the house and property and said he thought we could be happy here. He ordered and went to all inspections because we were still in SC packing and reported back to us. He calmed us down and made us look at things realistically when things didn’t go as we had planned. We were having a problem finding a moving company and he got us one. He and his group as well as Ross Mtg went the extra lots if miles to get things done and get us closed so we weren’t homeless. We can’t say enough good things about all of them especially Bill. You will not go wrong letting him help you buy and or sell your home. He is amazing. Bill Park is who you need for any Real Estate needs so call him now. "

"Bill covered all the bases and did a fine job."
